Here we offer you a sound transmission recorded during one of our shamanic kambo ceremonies. It was recorded live so you may hear coughing sneezing and other little bits as we moved around the room. It includes chimes, quartz crystal singing bowls, rain stick, Didgeridoo, and the Gong plus a hand pan.

To get the most out of this recording, please find yourself laying down in a comfortable quiet place and preferably using noise canceling headphones. Before you begin allow yourself to take six long deep breath’s and tell yourself to relax as deeply as possible. Remember to breathe and allow your whole body, mind and spirit to hear the sounds.

Hello world!!! My name is Siri, half of the tag team duo known as Yoga Galactica with my partner Kamala Mathis. We have been cultivating safe places for community members to come and feel free, open and and supported. The #metoo movement opened the door for men and women to be more authentic and in integrity with their actions when relating to each other. This subject is very near and dear to my heart as I have powerful women in my life that have been subject to sexual harassment and assault. We are in an age of awakening and in order for all of us to rise to our full potential we must bring more awareness to our actions and how we treat each other. This goes for men and women. I pray this video helps shed light on this subject. Compassion and forgiveness are essential for this growth to take place. From my heart to yours, I hope these words help to create this powerful shift we need so desperately. Many Blessings
