Here we offer you a sound transmission recorded during one of our shamanic kambo ceremonies. It was recorded live so you may hear coughing sneezing and other little bits as we moved around the room. It includes chimes, quartz crystal singing bowls, rain stick, Didgeridoo, and the Gong plus a hand pan. To get the most out of this recording, please find yourself laying down in a comfortable quiet place and preferably using noise canceling headphones. Before you begin allow yourself to take six long deep breath’s and tell yourself to relax as deeply as possible. Remember to breathe and allow your whole body, mind and spirit to hear the sounds.
